Minimise the risks of catching Swine flu and the common cold
December 3, 2009 – 7:53 pmMinimise the risks of catching Swine flu and the common cold by boosting the immune system with Aloe Vera.
This winter make sure your immune system is in tip top shape by drinking Aloe Vera.
This will help minimise the risks of swine flu, winter flu, and the common cold if you choose not to have the swine flue vaccine or flu vaccine.
We are only susceptible to swine flu, colds, or any other infections and illness if our immune system is not efficient as it should be. Humans are surrounded by millions of germs every single day, but the majority of us rarely get ill. The body is more than capable of protecting itself with the correct support.
Drinking aloe Vera juice everyday can boost the immune system. Together with a healthy diet, probiotics and exercise to reduce stress. Most of the time this is sufficient to keep us healthy and fit.
Hand washing can help to with reducing the risk of swine flu, winter flu, and the common cold.
Whatever infectious illness we are talking about, basic measures, like frequent hand-washing, personal cleanliness can be a major factor and help in not catching these infections.
Other supplements like vitamin C and garlic can also help boost the immune system.
Eating garlic regularly contains anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties against cold and flu.

We should be thankful that the swine flu did not spread very rapidly. it is not very deadly like Ebola but swine flu can still kill you.
